Well, I am an artsy, healthy, nature friendly mother of 3 who grew up wearing flowers in her hair and dreaming of traveling the world in a westfalia van! I am now a happy, grateful mommy of 3 amazing little angels under 5 years old living on a small beautiful canadian mountain. I love nature and I beleive in recycling and upclycling  for the good of the world. I beleive in natural medecine, we are what we eat, so the more we eat good wholesome healthy natural food, the healthiest we will be. I beleive in love and kindness and I beleive in raising thoughful, conscious children to bring positive changes to the world. I beleive we can change the world by being more happy, more present, more vibrant and radiant so that we can shine on others and inspire them to be the best they can. I beleive in connecting and sharing and that is why I wanted to start this blog, to share my experiences, connect with people, inspire others, and just for the fun of it too.
